The Tenerife Holiday Train is the third installation in the 'Holiday Boxes' bought for me (in tradition) by my little son! This one was a challenge as it was sooo small. It measures 10cm x 6cm x 5cm tall.
I wanted to recreate the type of holiday Road Train that you tend to see abroad. So a donor engine was found that smoked in all the wrong places (!) It was resprayed along with a carriage that was cut to fit and gave a view through...
It features a little sand from Cape Verdi and Skegness in perfect contrast! It also has unrequited lovers and a horse! To complete the holiday feel it features coloured string lights.
